Is there a free trial?


You will get a 30-day free trial to test the application. We offer free assistance over Teams or Zoom to help you upload your client data, which you can book by emailing support@mydatagrows.com.

Where can I view a demo?


We host live Demos every Wednesday morning from 09:00 - 10:30; anyone can join if they need training or if they have questions.

How does payment work?


You can pay with a credit card through PayFast or via Debit Order. This post will explain how to select a payment option.

Update Your Subscription.


Our standard license price is R400.00 per license per month (Incl. VAT). We offer a discount on the subscription for the first 4 months, where you will only pay R250.00 per license per month (Incl VAT). If you have less than 50 clients, you qualify for a further small business discount, only paying R300.00 per license per month instead of R400.00.


This fee gives you access to the entire Accounting CRM. We do not increase your subscription costs as your client base grows, so you can add all of your clients without worrying about hidden costs.

How do I cancel my subscription?


We do not have a contract with you. You can give a month's notice at any time to end your subscription.


Do I pay for upgrades?


All upgrades and updates are free. We are constantly adding cool new features that we share with our whole client base. Client feedback and suggestions are very important to us and help us to continue the development of the app. You are welcome to send your suggestions to support@mydatagrows.com.
