Removing Single Site Cookies

In the event of a login error, you might need to remove cookies from your browser to reset the login for DataGrows.
Please select your browser from the options below to see how to clear cookies for your specific browser.
To clear cookies on Edge
*To clear cookies on Another Browser, please follow this link https://www.lifewire.com/clear-cookies-for-one-site-4587347 or email support@mydatagrows.com so we can assist you.
To clear cookies on Chrome:
Go to the More Options menu in your browser (not in the DataGrows app)
Click on Settings
Go to Privacy and security
Then Third-party cookies
Click on See all site data and permissions
Click on the bin to delete all cookies for mydatagrows.com and www.mydatagrows.com.
Now, you should be able to log into the app.
To clear cookies on Safari:
Go to Safari, not in the DataGrows app
Click on Safari in the top left corner
Click on Settings
Click on Privacy
Then, on Manage Website Data
Search for mydatagrows.com
Select it from the screen
Click on Remove
Search for www.mydatagrows.com.
Select it from the screen
Click on Remove
Now, you should be able to log into the app.
To clear cookies on Edge:
Go to the Settings menu in your browser (not in the DataGrows app)
Click on Cookies and site permissions
Click on Manage and delete cookies and site data
Click on See all Cookies and site data
Search datagrows
Click on the bin icon for both mydatagrows.com and www.mydatagrows.com
Now, you should be able to log into the app.
