To clear cookies on Chrome:
Go to the More Options menu in your browser (not in the DataGrows app)
Click on Settings
Go to Privacy and security
Then Third-party cookies
Click on See all site data and permissions
Click on the bin to delete all cookies for mydatagrows.com and www.mydatagrows.com.
Now, you should be able to log into the app.
To clear cookies on Safari:
Go to Safari, not in the DataGrows app
Click on Safari in the top left corner
Click on Settings
Click on Privacy
Then, on Manage Website Data
Search for mydatagrows.com
Select it from the screen
Click on Remove
Search for www.mydatagrows.com.
Select it from the screen
Click on Remove
Now, you should be able to log into the app.
To clear cookies on Edge:

Search datagrows
Click on the bin icon for both mydatagrows.com and www.mydatagrows.com
