There are two reports tables in DataGrows, the Firm Reports Table and the Reports Table.
The Firm Reports table can only be accessed by Super Users and Partner users. This table contains billing and profitability reports and more.
To access any report, click on the hyperlink icon.
The Firm Summary Report
This report summarises the different entity types of your clients and the rate groups within your firm. It is a management tool to see a snapshot of the profile of your clients and your billing focus.
The Billing Report
This report shows all tasks timed for the month, retainer amounts, and fixed fees, such as subscriptions for which you need to bill your clients.
Revenue & Profit Report
This report shows the cost per accountant compared to the cost to the client. You can select the period for which you wish to view the report by choosing a From and To date and then clicking on View Report.
The Accountant Hours Report
This report shows the hours worked per accountant compared to the revenue they have brought in and their cost to the company. To access the report, select a From and a To date as well as a specific Status or All, then click on View Report.
*If you select All Statuses or choose a wide period of time, it is best to export the report to Excel in order to analyse the detail.
The Time Log Per Client Report
This report shows the time spent on each client. The report can be used to renegotiate retainers.
To access the report, select a From and a To date as well as a specific Status or All, then click on View Report.

Downloading a Report
Any report can be downloaded by clicking on the Save icon and selecting a format option.
