New Tables:
Deferred Billing
Streamline long-term unauthorized time tracking with our new Deferred Billing table. Move time records from the Time Authorize table with just a click: You’ll find this feature in the Billing Department. Simply select records, go to "Actions," and “mark as Deferred Billing."
Disbursements
Managing disbursements is now simpler than ever! Use our Disbursements table (found under Time Management) to log and approve expenses for easy claims.
Correction Log.
This table will display any errors related to email sends or Microsoft integration tokens with the new Correction Log table. This is the first phase of enhancements to ensure seamless functionality.
Additions:
CIPC Mandate Update:
The mandate now includes the names and cell numbers of all directors per CIPC requirements.
Tabs hiding in Client Details:
Your Client menu has gotten sleeker! Now the tabs at the top inside a client record will display, or hide, according to the options on each client. No accounting or VAT, the accounting department hides. Not a CIPC registered entity, no CIPC department in your way. Make sure your client data is correct and enhance your own navigation. Please remember to reach out to us if you would like assistance in a data review/clean up.
Fixes:
We've updated the Time Log per Client report to include time marked as "Included in Service."
Other adjustments and refinements have been implemented to keep things running smoothly.
New SARS Tasks:
Track additional SARS tasks, including CIT, PIT, PAYE, Trusts, and VAT request for remissions.
Enhancements to "My Chats":
Your chat experience just got better! An unread message count indicator now ensures you’ll never miss an important conversation. Once a chat has been sent, the receiving user will have an unread message indicator next to the table name.

The Mobile Timer App (Beta):
Introducing our timer app—a compact mobile solution to track your time and manage tasks with ease. Access a focused view of all your upcoming tasks right at your fingertips. Phase one of this app will allow you to access your All Tasks Due, time on tasks and mark them as complete from your Android device. In future phases, we will expand to iOS devices. CIPC Extension:
Great news! We’ve extended the free access timeline for our CIPC extension until the end of June 2025.
