This small upgrade complements the CIPC Beneficial Ownership upgrade that was rolled out earlier this month.

Mandate to lodge
A Mandate column has been added to the CIPC Beneficial Ownership table. Once you click on the icon, a mandate will open, which you can download and send to the client to sign. The information within the mandate will automatically be populated based on the client information you have provided.

CIPC reminder email to staff
A new automated email has been introduced to remind staff of upcoming CIPC Annual Returns that are due for clients in the current month. The email will send a summary of their client's due as well as the progress of their returns.
Corrections
Timer across multiple tabs
Our users often work across multiple tabs. We have improved the timer to instantly update once it is started or stopped on any of the tabs.
