If you pay via PayFast, you can add more licenses to your account by following the steps below. If you pay via debit order, the license fee will automatically be added to your monthly debit order once you check the allocate license checkbox in the Accountant table when adding a user.
To add more licenses for PayFast payments:
Log into the account owner's profile
Go to Settings
Click on My Plan
Change the Number of licenses to the new total number of licenses you need
From the next payment, the amount will be adjusted to the new license fee amount.
Licenses are allocated to users who have been assigned a role.
To move a license from one user to another, please remove all access for one user by unchecking the Allocate License checkbox in the Accountant Table.
The license will automatically go to the next accountant.
