Timekeeping & billing.
DataGrows is designed to make your billing easier. If you add your rates to our system and time as you work, a report can be extracted at any point to review the revenue generated in real-time. This can easily be translated onto your current billing app (Sage, Xero etc.) and has been proven to save our clients days when it comes to billing.
Even if you only bill fixed retainers, you can compare time invoiced vs time worked and fairly renegotiate on the next review.
Salary cost & revenue reports
There are many ways to see staff productivity and even profitability. If you capture your staff’s salary and overtime rates in the app, you can see which clients and staff are making or costing you money.
It is a fantastic way to review KPI’s and build morale with friendly competition.
Organization Skills Matrix
We have our own unique team building function, designed to assess each staff member’s skills and their ambitions to learn, allowing you to build a confident team of accountants and specialists who train other staff and strive to better themselves. We will show you how to populate this function.
Data Audit Report
Are you sure you have completed your “Clients” table correctly? Are you maximizing the services offered to your clients? We have a table that analyses your clients and the services you offer, making suggestions to correct the services that were not switched on, or to quote the client for those additional services.
Advanced Filters
How to create a global filter for a table for quick review of repeat scenarios. Eg, VAT Returns – where marked submitted but not marked paid.
