Hi everyone,
I am updating you on the recent system outage we experienced over the weekend. Due to an urgent and unexpected technical issue, we needed to perform a last-minute upgrade to protect our systems. While this was necessary, it unfortunately led to a temporary outage.
Thanks to the dedication of our technical team, the site and all services are now back online and operational.
Unfortunately, any data entered into the system on Saturday and Sunday could not be recovered and will need to be recaptured. We know this is frustrating and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please know that we’re here to support you if you need any help with recapturing your work. Just let us know.
We’re monitoring everything closely to ensure the system remains stable and to prevent further disruptions. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding during this time.
