Introducing!
You can now mark time as “Written-off” in the time Authorize table.
To do this, click on the box next to the record, then go to Actions and select 'Mark written-off". These tasks will move to the Archive table, and the status will indicate that it has been written off.
Client birthday email
We have introduced a Client birthday email. If actioned, this email will go out to your natural person clients on their birthdays. Make sure to edit the body and make it personal to your firm!
Add record possible in CIPC Beneficial Ownership table.
You can now add records manually in the CIPC Beneficial Ownership table for any backlog by clicking on ADD RECORD in the CIPC Beneficial Ownership table.
Progress dropdown in Financials
We have introduced more options to the Progress dropdown in the Financials table. These include: Info received from client Info requested from client WIP
Progress dropdown in Income Tax Individuals
We added a progress dropdown to easily indicate Auto Assessments. We will add more options here in the months to come!

We will not be releasing a big upgrade over December, but we will bring you more exciting additions to the app in January 2024. If you would like to submit any requests for development, please respond to this email.
