How To: Hide Columns

When hiding a column, the column will vanish from your table feed. However, once you click on a record, the column will still display in the edit record screen. This is a great way to reduce your table feed to only the most essential columns.



These preferences are stored on your device, so if you use multiple devices, you will need to set it up for each device. In the next phase, we will link this to your email, so your preferences are remembered when you log into any device.


How to hide columns


There are two ways to hide a column.

  1. Through the menu next to the column heading

  2. Through Manage Columns


1. Through the menu next to the column heading


If you go to the three-dot menu next to any column heading, there will be an eye icon.


Once you click on the icon, the column will be hidden in the table view.


2. Through Manage Columns


Click on the three-dot menu next to the table heading.

Click on manage columns.

Click on the little eye icon next to any column you wish to hide.

Click Save




How to unhide a column


To unhide the column, go to the three-dot menu next to the table heading

Click on manage columns.

Click on the eye icon with a line drawn through to unhide the column.
