Directors, Members & Trust Register Tabs

Depending on the Entity type of the client you have clicked on in the Client table, you might see one of these tabs: Directors, Members or Trust Register.


To add a record to these tabs:

  • click on the applicable tab in the top right.

  • Next click on 'ADD RECORD'.

  • A form will open where you can add details.

  • The Client field under the Company section will autofill.

  • Under the Client Name section, you can select from your Existing Client or add a new name.

    • Existing Client: Use this if the director/member or trustee is a client of yours and they are captured in your Clients Table. Once you save, a lot of details will automatically pull through from the Clients table. If any details seem missing after you save, you will need to update the details in the main client record in the Clients table and then resave the record in the Directors/Members/Trustees table.

    • Name: Use this field if the director/member or trustee is not a client of yours.

  • Once you are done adding all the records you need, you can close both windows by clicking on the X in the top right corner.
