The Data Upload Table is in the Setup Department.
It is used to import clients from a .xlsx file.
If you still need to prep your Excel template, please refer to this post.

To do the upload
Click on 'ADD RECORD' in the top right corner.

Then click on Save&Edit.
A tab will appear in the top right corner titled Documents.

Click on Documents, then on the + icon.
Drag and drop your Excel file into the window.
Go back to the details tab and make sure that the status shows submit.
Click Save
Give it a few minutes, then refresh the table.
The status will have changed to Processed or Data Error Refer Notes.

If the status shows Data Error Refer Notes.
Please click on the record, then read through the notes field. It will describe where an error needs to be corrected to the exact cell.
After correcting the error, the file can be attached again by:
Clicking on the record
Going to the Documents tab
Deleting the old file by clicking on the bin icon.
Click on the + icon.
Attach the corrected document
Go back to the Details tab
Change the status to Submit
Save
Give it a few minutes, then refresh the table.
The status will have changed to Processed or Data Error Refer Notes.
If the status shows processed
The upload was successful. You can confirm the correct number of clients has been uploaded by comparing the number of rows inserted in the note field to the number of clients in your Excel. This number should also be the same as in the bottom right corner of the client table.
